We prefer access to an outdoor spigot and a standard 110V electrical outlet. If these aren't available at your location, let us know in the notes during booking — we'll work with you to find a solution or identify an alternative location.

Accepted Answer

It depends on the package and vehicle size. Basic Refresh typically takes 60–75 minutes. Supreme Detail runs 2–2.5 hours. The Showroom Ready Signature takes 3–4 hours. These are estimates — actual time may vary based on vehicle condition.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We monitor forecasts and will contact you if weather conditions make it unsafe to detail outdoors. You'll have the option to reschedule at no charge. Covered locations like a garage or carport aren't affected by weather.

Do you charge extra for pet hair, stains, or oversized vehicles?

Yes. Pet hair removal is a separate add-on ($40, pricing varies by severity). Heavy stains and excessive soiling may also incur a surcharge. Oversized or 3-row vehicles have a surcharge for the additional time and materials required. All add-ons are presented transparently during booking before you pay.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Same-week appointments are often available, but slots fill quickly — especially on weekends.

Do you require a deposit?

Deposits or full payment may be required at time of booking depending on the current booking settings. This will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your booking.

What if my vehicle is extremely dirty or neglected?

We can handle it. For heavily soiled vehicles, additional charges may apply — these will be noted during the booking process. You can also upload photos in the special notes section so we can prepare appropriately.
