Message Types Sent

All messages are transactional — no marketing messages

  • Booking ConfirmationSent immediately after a customer completes their booking
  • Day-Before ReminderSent automatically at 8 AM the day before the appointment
  • Status UpdateSent if the appointment is confirmed or cancelled by the business
  • Review RequestSent once when the appointment is marked completed

Consent Records

Per-customer consent logging

Every time a customer submits a booking, the following data is recorded to our database as proof of consent:

  • Customer mobile phone number (E.164 normalized)
  • Timestamp of consent (UTC, with timezone)
  • IP address of the request
  • The exact consent text displayed
  • Source URL where consent was collected
  • Booking ID (links consent to the specific appointment)

Consent records are available to the business owner via the admin dashboard. To request a consent record for a specific number, contact contact@sr-detailing.com.
