Message Types Sent

All messages are transactional — no marketing messages

Booking Confirmation — Sent immediately after a customer completes their booking
Day-Before Reminder — Sent automatically at 8 AM the day before the appointment
Status Update — Sent if the appointment is confirmed or cancelled by the business
Review Request — Sent once when the appointment is marked completed

Message Frequency: 2–4 messages per appointment
Message & Data Rates: May apply (carrier-dependent)

Consent Records

Per-customer consent logging

Every time a customer submits a booking, the following data is recorded to our database as proof of consent:

Customer mobile phone number (E.164 normalized)
Timestamp of consent (UTC, with timezone)
IP address of the request
The exact consent text displayed
Source URL where consent was collected
Booking ID (links consent to the specific appointment)
